Guest Speaker Mr. Will,
Missionary in communist countries in Latin America.
The end product should be wining souls for Christ. The Son of God came not to be served but to serve.
How can Mr Will spread his vision to different churches, local body of Christ.
The flip houses, substitute teachers, and build farms to help in financing there ministry.
Mr. Will also teaches mix-martial arts to help finance the vision that The Father, The Son Christ Jesus, The Holy Spirit has given him.
Key things is to have someone who is on the grind for the ministry that Almighty God has given you that will be working behind the scenes and to have a motivated Holy Ghost filled person that can "sell" the vision and promote the calling that The Most High God has given to you. Amen.

Class today, how to market yourself/ Team meeting project
Three social media sites that were used to help each student to better equip themselves to become more marketable.
Church Staffing.com
AGJobs.org
Linked-In
Facebook
Monster.com,
Just to name a few...
One is focused on making myself more marketable by using these sources.
The professor was able to help his class to better understand how to market themselves and showed us what it looks like by using his own social medias.
The goal here is to get as much experience in my field as possible.
Do not eliminate your choices of social-work mental-health, school counseling and education. Get your degree in undergrad and get your masters degree in something that you can use.
I.E. Christian Ministries undergrad and Education graduate.
Next, we talked about breaking up into three team. Each team has to select a month and give a theme for each month. The theme will be broken into parts to make a series to help the congregation or the body of Christ.
The Lord has blessed a church in the Pocanoes to give free weddings to those who are living or shacking up an opportunity to live holy.
Furthermore, we had a have class group project that was centered around church leadership.
The assignment was to create a series that would reflect a theme that is based off the times, or a specific month.
My group chose June and focused on the theme of Fathers since it was Father's day month.
The sermon series are on the Father's of the bible and woman who had to take leadership roles; i.e. Prophet Deborah, Esther, Ruth, and Boaz, David, Solomon, Joseph, and Jesus Christ of Nazareth our Lord God and King.
Week 1 was the prayer walk for both father's, men who desire to be fathers, and men who cannot reproduce.
Week 2 was the men's empowerment night: encouraging men of all ages to take back their authority from the enemy.
Week 3 Church outreach picnic
Sunday morning, Father's Day Service: Giving honor and glory to God, ABBA, Jesus Christ our LORD, Holy Ghost, Spirit of Truth. Next, honoring the father's, the men who will and want to be fathers one day, and those who have lost their, and the men who cannot reproduce to have children but have a father's heart.

Learning To Follow Jesus
Presentation by,
Kevin Wyche
The Author
Authored by Daniel McNaughton
Fun fact, he was a professor at Valley Forge Christian
College
Fun fact, he is the Lead Pastor and founder of Spring
Valley Community Church; located in Royersford, Pennsylvania.
The Mission
Learning to follow Jesus
Will help you develop the seven essential attributes
of the disciple of Jesus Christ. By reading Scripture passages, answering the
questions, apply the attributes to your life, and sharing your journey with a
spiritual couch, you will learn how to become an authentic follower of Jesus.
One Good Quote
“We are living in a time of mass non-discipleship in
the church and it is seriously damaging our witness to Jesus and his cause: In
this situation the recovery of discipleship takes on strategic significance.
Daniel has blessed us with a fine tool to help get us back on track…we are
thankful.”
- Alan Hirsch, author of the Forgotten Ways.
The Seven Attributes
Attribute One + Learn to Be with Jesus
Attribute Two + Learn to Listen
Attribute Three + Learn to Heal
Attribute Four + Learn to Influence
Attribute Five + Lean to Love
Attribute Six + Learn to Pray
Attribute Seven + Learn to Manage
Attribute Three
Learn to Heal
Step 1: The Importance of Touch
Step 2: Recognize Jesus’ Authority
Step 3: Understand Healing Is God’s Idea
Step 4: Ask in Faith
Step 5: Give it Away
The Power of Prayer
Each section ends with it’s own prayer that is geared
to the subject.
Example: (Introduction of Attribute Three)
The author talked about how God used a fellow student
to pray for his healing. The Lord healed him from his hernia.
The Word of God
Each Attribute has it’s own memory verse.
For Attribute Three the memory verse is:
Matthew 7:7-8 (KJV)
“Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will
find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives;
he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened.”
Reflection
Each section has it’s own question that help the
reader to reflect on what he or she read.
Sample questions from section 1:
Sample Questions
What come to your mind when you read this description
about Jesus?
Do you need Jesus to touch an area in your life? What
is it?
Take a few minutes to talk with Jesus about it right
now.
I would refer this book to every Christian.

Sermon On the Mound (Class discussion)
A good way to evangelize to men during Father's day.
The theme is baseball and it would be called "sermon on the mound" a word play of Jesus Christ of Nazareth sermon on the mont.
The ushers wear church baseball shirts, the bases around the church and the home plate is on the altar. The pastor directs the unsaved and the backsliders home, the home plate represents coming home to Christ Jesus of Nazareth.
The pastor should start out with a baseball story, but we must end and bring everything back to Jesus Christ of Nazareth, God's only begotten Son.
Before church begins it is good to have space where adults and kids and throw the baseball and hit them too for fun.
The church should get a baseball with the churches logo and a Scripture on it to handout to the congregations, for those who is the eldest in the congregation.
sermonspice.com + place where pastors and worship leaders get their inspiration for songs and themes.
Orientaltrading.com a good place to go and purchase props for the church experience.
Part II
Joseph's , son of Jacob, testimony, his journey, his valleys, his stages, and developed his life message.
Developing your life message
Encounter: Place where you met God deeply and were deeply shaped
Focus: A central theme- soapbox issue
Impact: Your place of influence in ministry
Faith: Your message of faith and hope that inspires others
What is your life message?
Four people who can help you
A Counsellor: Working through the past or the present
A Mentor: Sharing with you what God has shared with me
A Coach: Drawing out of you what God has put in you
A Friend: Walking with you through life's journey
God never will let a hurt go unused
liberating ministry from the success syndrome, lets talk about prayerness, holiness, faithfulness, lovingness, honorableness.
try to get some Christian counseling, break the generational strong-holds.

LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE
Andy Stanly
North Point Community Church
Willowcreek.com/Summit/Team
Andy Stanly is speaking at the Willow Creek Summit Team leadership conference.
Pastor Stanly is very vibrant and a great speaker.
the message here is making your visions stick.
- It is good to have non Christians come to church, they are seek truth and they find Christ Jesus of Nazareth through the Holy Spirit.
Visions that stick, however, visions can leak and it does not always stick.
How to make visions stick?
What can i do as a leader to make the vision stick?
Leaders can not turn on the followers, if the follower don't get it or own it then the leaders are not doing their jobs to help the vision to stick.
Leaders are handlers of the vision, they must reach the people with the compelling convictions of the vision.
It must be clear and focused and synergy.
three reason why visions don't stick:
1. success 2. failure and everything in between
1. complexity is the enemy of the vision and the connect.
2. plan and strategy must be able to change and be flexible.
we dont have to change the vision simply because the plan did not work out.
There is a difference between the Vision= what could be and what should or shall be, and life= is what is going on right now.
be careful not to allow the stresses of today to ruin the vision of tomorrow. stay focused. trust God with His vision. the vision doesnt change
three big things to make the vision to stick:
1. Cast it strategically: provides definition, what is our vision? Be careful of the "when". What are the new ways to cast. Be careful of the "how" you cast it. a)Define the problem, what problem does my ministry designed by God, YHWH, to solve. How is our ministry for Christ Jesus of Nazareth impacting the city. b)your vision is a solution to a problem. why must we do this? and why must we do this now? It must be clear and it must grip you and it must be a problem solver.
2. Celebrate it systematically: provides inspiration, it clarifies the win."it puts skin on the vision" Set a side time to celebrate your vision, and it must be strategically and systematically. It must be celebrated when there is success in the vision, because celebration puts skin on the vision. This is so that people can tangibly see the vision and find their role to be clearer for the cause of Christ Jesus of Nazareth. Celebration needs to be placed in your culture. Two ways, every monday allow the staff to tell stories and celebrate and define the vision and victory through the staff's testimonies.
Side note, allow the new believers to give a commercial of their lives as they get baptized before the congregation and it is there that the vision is pointed out.
3. Live it continuously: provides creditability, influence and leadership. a) your willingness to live out the vision gives you the credibility to your staff and congregation. Do the best that you can and know that you will not always get it right. "Realness" will be detected by your leaders and congregation.
b) life can happen and when it does it is very important that you handle it right through the Holy Ghost, God the Holy Spirit. c) Keep your mind on programing. Think steps and not programing. Is this next program leading us to the next step or level in ac
Listen to prayer requests. This will let you know where people stand concerning the vision God, YHVH, has given you. as the leader you must facilitate what the prayers request are to keep their minds focused on the vision and holistically.

OVERVIEW
The class began with prayer and then our professor went on to discuss
You come across clever and have Jesus Christ of Nazareth as your everything.
example: camp meeting, if people are talking about the pastor then they did not know Jesus, or if they talk about Jesus then the Gospel of Jesus Christ is being preached.
Have we introduced the people to Jesus Christ of Nazareth, or have we pointed them to ourselves.
We can no longer be cultural sensitive that we miss the Gospel and getting people to Jesus Christ of Nazareth.
* We have a presentation tonight on the book, Evangelism THROUGH The Arts
The author got saved and used his talents in jazz to evangelize.
The author discussed the life of a musician and the life of those who go to church consistently.
There are times where a musician has to go to parties and shows that is centered in evangelism.
"God is the ultimate Artist. He is the creator of all things."
We watched a mosaic film that showed Grace and Mercy.
We talked about the Laguna Festival, The Festival of the Arts.
Aaron Stewart, introduced his project Dave Ramesy's "Financial Peace University"

Engel Scale
The class started out with the Subway bread issue that has been taking spotlight. The bread was filled with a chemical that is found in yoga matts and other types of plastic. I thought that was weird and i wanted to scream because they narrator said that there is almost no difference with how Subway cooks and prepares their food from McDonald's and BurgerKing.
The class discussion is on "The Journey" of how someone becomes a Christian. The example used was the tattoo palor the made a Jesus Characture with two thumbs-ups that says- it was ok to get a tattoo. The tattoo palor owner had a huge recientment toward Christians because of his past with them was not a good one all together.
The professor asked the tattoo palor owner, after have a wonderful and healthy conversation with him, of what type of church would he would want to go to. The response that the tattoo palor owner gave the professor was the church where he can be hugged and embraced.
The following topic was the Engle Scale of Evangelism and where the people who do not know Christ, are in the back slidden position, and a new believer would be placed in this scale.
There are some arguements that suggests that AA is not Gospel of Christ focused.
There are some folks that argue Joel Olsteen is positive attitude toward the Gospel of Jesus Christ but he does not give his flock the meat of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
I talk gave my own confession of what i am going through with my lady who is a believer but does not believe that Jesus Christ of Nazareth is the only way. I wanted to walk away from her but the love that I have for her is strong and I am willing to give her a chance but she has to step up and be willing to go further in Christ. By reading the Word, having a prayer life, and walking by faith in and with Christ. Also, being connected to by a local body of Christ.
I would say, from the scale, she is a negative four, which is a positive attitude towards the Gospel but does not see that she has a sin problem that Christ died for and sinful-nature that has to be circumcised off her heart.
Colossians chapter 2, would be helpful for her to see.
I am still praying that the Lord is working in her life and my own and to show me how to handle her correctly. Not to judge her but to be understanding to her hurt and weakness. And have the Holy Spirit minister to me and to her. We both need the grace of God in Christ and through Christ Jesus our Lord God and King.
The challenges that i see is that i have to be patient and seeking the face of God.

A speaker came in today to present her non-profit group called one 18 Movement.
The helped the survivors that were from Staten Island during the hurricane. There was a Jehovah Witness movement that tried to help but they were not there in the moment of despair. There was this old lady who lost all her possessions and her beach house and the speaker's group was there to help the old lady in the time of need. The old lady eventually went to church with her non-profit group.
One thing that the speaker learned during this time of the hurricane that she must stay connected to her source, Jehovah God, YHVH, through prayer. She felt drained because she was not praying how she should have to stay close to the Source.
Her group, one 18 movement, does outreaches and training to advance the kingdom of God. Her responsibility is to help run the logistically portion of the movement.
The one 18 movement, accepts those who are in high school, college and those who are eager to help them in their vision.
Evangelism is a great ministry that the group, "one 18 movement", have does through by building relationships with all types of people.
One 18 movement, is from James 1:18, about being firsts of all that YHVH created, it goes to the core of be chosen by God, YHVH

Today in class I have learned about how churches choose where to plant a church. A clergy could decide to plant a church in any city of America through demographics. One tool that will help in finding a city's demographics is through First View TM and Percept.
The city that the class looked at concerning demographics was the borough of Pottstown.
An example of outreaches to the community a local body of Christ, or local church, could do to impact the community is to open a cafe' or recreational center.
Tonight we had a guest speaker come in and speak to the class. The speaker, Mike Cooper, is the senior pastor of The Journey Church in the borough of Queens, New York. Larry Osborne, "Dirty Little Secrets", and "Deep and Wide", and "101rules pastors need to know" just to name of few are some of the books that Pastor Cooper has his leaders read together.
2002 -2006 VFCC alumni, Youth Pastor for two years at Park View Assembly in Delaware, and Youth Pastor for four years in Glass Borough New Jersey.
Dr Dippold was one Pastor Cooper's profound professors at VFCC that really blessed his life and now his ministry in New York.
A few quotes from Pastor Cooper are: "show me your friends I will show you your future."Another quote, "Work hard and just see it through and whatever you do God will bless it." Here is another good quote, "It is what you make it". - Mike Cooper.
A few good outreaches that he and his church has done are handing out tracks with granola bars attached to it."
Another type of outreach is paying Google web time to have the website for "The Journey Church" pop up whenever anyone searches for churches in New York.
I have learned that you have to find a community and target a particular group of people. The question is "who are you reaching?".
Eight-three people were baptized last summer for "The Journey Church". That is impressive and God bless them for the work that they do to outreach and to impact their community.
Last final words, "The Journey Church" is hosting a summer internship over the summer. www.JourneyLeadership.com

The guest speaker talked about the Church growing and it is God's, Christ Jesus of Nazareth's, will. The texts where the discussion came from is:
1 Corinthians 9:19-23 and Acts 2: 41-47.
Example: Moody 650 kids came to his first ministry, he said to "draw a crowd and preach Christ to them."
"Find a need and meet it"
Paul said in 1 Corinthians 9:19-23, "19 For though I be free from all men, yet have I made myself servant unto all, that I might gain the more. 20 And unto the Jews I became as a Jew, that I might gain the Jews; to them that are under the law, as under the law, that I might gain them that are under the law; 21 to them that are without law, as without law, (being not without law to God, but under the law to Christ,) that I might gain them that are without law. 22 To the weak became I as weak, that I might gain the weak: I am made all things to all men, that I might by all means save some. 23 And this I do for the gospel’s sake, that I might be partaker thereof with you."
The speakers church has a little over 700 souls saved and united in Christ.
We discussed what it means to become all things to all men that we may win them to Jesus Christ of Nazareth, the Son of God, our Lord God and King.
There a conventions and seminars in Phoenix, Arizona that saints can go to and learn how to win souls at any cost, except to dishonor or to deny our faith in Christ Jesus, for the glory of God.
Acts 2: 41-47, "41 Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls. 42 And they continued stedfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers. 43 And fear came upon every soul: and many wonders and signs were done by the apostles.
44 And all that believed were together, and had all things common; 45 and sold their possessions and goods, and parted them to all men, as every man had need. 46 And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart, 47 praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved."
To continue to stay relevant and effecting in your community, either in Philadelphia or Union-town.
outreaches are almost impossible to do without someone who is talented and gifted with the office of administration. A person who is talented, or at time gifted, in this area are key to carrying-out outreaches who are detailed. "to see the forest from the trees.
"Most things of worth are going to cost something."
Example: 'Feed The Need' the outreach event that the guest speaker.
This ministry learned from Convoy of Hope how to do large outreaches.
'Feed The Need' 75 to 100 souls gave their lives to Christ that day. The church had various sections including, but not limited to, haircut sections, prayer tent, kids corner, and church tent that lasted no longer than 15 minutes.
"Find a need and meet it."
Other people get inspired to join the church and come to Christ Jesus, God's only begotten Son.
People really respond to love and unity best when the church is harmonizing in God's love and shalom peace.
Make sure churches gives to local missions and evangelism throughout Israel, Samaria, and throughout all the world.

Four men of the Most Hight God are in class today to give and share their experiences in church
The pastor of CityReach Church, Pastor Mark, came and gave his experiences in ministry. He was focused on doing the work and the will of God. He went to seminary and Mastered in Divinity in the urban church setting. He connected with Pastor Brian Bolt, and in 2012 he and his ministry team launched a new church in the inner city of Philadelphia, about six months ago. This man of God was given three-hundred people who are new Christians. Three weeks ago they baptized twelve people at one time, that is amazing. The pastor is a guardsmen and soon he is retiring from the United States Army. Last June, he was in school, raising a family, and planting a church. The more he let it go and let God do His thing, he believed and learned to trust God in that. God talked and taught pastor Mark by helping them see that the world will know them by their love. The love excellence and not perfection. Through engaging in excellence the one far from Christ will meet the Him, the excellent one. If God removed your church from the community what would the community say? Will they even notice that the church gone? Is your church showing the community Christ. Every Tuesday they have a Bible study for the community through reviving the local park through cleaning and painting.
The pastor of Reading, was in the United States Marine Corps and worked full time. He is a system analysts for a well established company. This minister wanted to do small group and wanted to see real life change and his heart was not focused on being a pastor. The first church plant was in 2007, connected with Tom. Bible Vocation is about. to him, working from home full time to fund his ministry. Living Word Fellowship was his first church plant, then he met Brian Bolt and they had a conversation about church planting. A year later City Reach was planted in reading, and he merged two churches together as a revitalization. 2011, three years since the church was planted he became pastor. Men being set free with the power of Jesus Christ and the Holy Ghost. The biggest test in church plant is trusting God by faith. It is a privilege to meet might men of God who love the church. One-thousand to Fifthteen-hundred members. One outreach, the pastor preached an awesome message and sermon of people came to God and received the Lord God and about five of them stayed at the church. The have faith kitchen and feed 75 to 100 people and it takes place every thursday. They have a men's home to help them detox and pray with them and families being restored.
Pittsberge west is the first and only prodistent evangelical church to reach the one far from God to have and experience a close and real relationships with God, YHWH.

Margie R. Watson,
You Lost Me.
Mosaic ages from 18 to 29 years old.
Nomads- walk away from church engagements but, they are still labeled and view themselves as Christians.
The Prodiagals, are those that lose their faith, describing themselves as "no longer Christian",
Exile- are still invested in their Christian faith but feel stuck (or lost) between culture and the church.
The dropout rates are in this book, the dates from 1997-2010.
Another topic is the outreach to the Mosaic group: learning how to reach the generations that are alive and bridging the gap. Most pastors have the problem of ministering to the holistic modern and up-coming, the 18-29 year olds.
