Guest Speaker Mr. Will,
Missionary in communist countries in Latin America.
The end product should be wining souls for Christ. The Son of God came not to be served but to serve.
How can Mr Will spread his vision to different churches, local body of Christ.
The flip houses, substitute teachers, and build farms to help in financing there ministry.
Mr. Will also teaches mix-martial arts to help finance the vision that The Father, The Son Christ Jesus, The Holy Spirit has given him.
Key things is to have someone who is on the grind for the ministry that Almighty God has given you that will be working behind the scenes and to have a motivated Holy Ghost filled person that can "sell" the vision and promote the calling that The Most High God has given to you. Amen.

Class today, how to market yourself/ Team meeting project
Three social media sites that were used to help each student to better equip themselves to become more marketable.
Church Staffing.com
AGJobs.org
Linked-In
Facebook
Monster.com,
Just to name a few...
One is focused on making myself more marketable by using these sources.
The professor was able to help his class to better understand how to market themselves and showed us what it looks like by using his own social medias.
The goal here is to get as much experience in my field as possible.
Do not eliminate your choices of social-work mental-health, school counseling and education. Get your degree in undergrad and get your masters degree in something that you can use.
I.E. Christian Ministries undergrad and Education graduate.
Next, we talked about breaking up into three team. Each team has to select a month and give a theme for each month. The theme will be broken into parts to make a series to help the congregation or the body of Christ.
The Lord has blessed a church in the Pocanoes to give free weddings to those who are living or shacking up an opportunity to live holy.
Furthermore, we had a have class group project that was centered around church leadership.
The assignment was to create a series that would reflect a theme that is based off the times, or a specific month.
My group chose June and focused on the theme of Fathers since it was Father's day month.
The sermon series are on the Father's of the bible and woman who had to take leadership roles; i.e. Prophet Deborah, Esther, Ruth, and Boaz, David, Solomon, Joseph, and Jesus Christ of Nazareth our Lord God and King.
Week 1 was the prayer walk for both father's, men who desire to be fathers, and men who cannot reproduce.
Week 2 was the men's empowerment night: encouraging men of all ages to take back their authority from the enemy.
Week 3 Church outreach picnic
Sunday morning, Father's Day Service: Giving honor and glory to God, ABBA, Jesus Christ our LORD, Holy Ghost, Spirit of Truth. Next, honoring the father's, the men who will and want to be fathers one day, and those who have lost their, and the men who cannot reproduce to have children but have a father's heart.

Learning To Follow Jesus
Presentation by,
Kevin Wyche
The Author
Authored by Daniel McNaughton
Fun fact, he was a professor at Valley Forge Christian
College
Fun fact, he is the Lead Pastor and founder of Spring
Valley Community Church; located in Royersford, Pennsylvania.
The Mission
Learning to follow Jesus
Will help you develop the seven essential attributes
of the disciple of Jesus Christ. By reading Scripture passages, answering the
questions, apply the attributes to your life, and sharing your journey with a
spiritual couch, you will learn how to become an authentic follower of Jesus.
One Good Quote
“We are living in a time of mass non-discipleship in
the church and it is seriously damaging our witness to Jesus and his cause: In
this situation the recovery of discipleship takes on strategic significance.
Daniel has blessed us with a fine tool to help get us back on track…we are
thankful.”
- Alan Hirsch, author of the Forgotten Ways.
The Seven Attributes
Attribute One + Learn to Be with Jesus
Attribute Two + Learn to Listen
Attribute Three + Learn to Heal
Attribute Four + Learn to Influence
Attribute Five + Lean to Love
Attribute Six + Learn to Pray
Attribute Seven + Learn to Manage
Attribute Three
Learn to Heal
Step 1: The Importance of Touch
Step 2: Recognize Jesus’ Authority
Step 3: Understand Healing Is God’s Idea
Step 4: Ask in Faith
Step 5: Give it Away
The Power of Prayer
Each section ends with it’s own prayer that is geared
to the subject.
Example: (Introduction of Attribute Three)
The author talked about how God used a fellow student
to pray for his healing. The Lord healed him from his hernia.
The Word of God
Each Attribute has it’s own memory verse.
For Attribute Three the memory verse is:
Matthew 7:7-8 (KJV)
“Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will
find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives;
he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened.”
Reflection
Each section has it’s own question that help the
reader to reflect on what he or she read.
Sample questions from section 1:
Sample Questions
What come to your mind when you read this description
about Jesus?
Do you need Jesus to touch an area in your life? What
is it?
Take a few minutes to talk with Jesus about it right
now.
I would refer this book to every Christian.

Sermon On the Mound (Class discussion)
A good way to evangelize to men during Father's day.
The theme is baseball and it would be called "sermon on the mound" a word play of Jesus Christ of Nazareth sermon on the mont.
The ushers wear church baseball shirts, the bases around the church and the home plate is on the altar. The pastor directs the unsaved and the backsliders home, the home plate represents coming home to Christ Jesus of Nazareth.
The pastor should start out with a baseball story, but we must end and bring everything back to Jesus Christ of Nazareth, God's only begotten Son.
Before church begins it is good to have space where adults and kids and throw the baseball and hit them too for fun.
The church should get a baseball with the churches logo and a Scripture on it to handout to the congregations, for those who is the eldest in the congregation.
sermonspice.com + place where pastors and worship leaders get their inspiration for songs and themes.
Orientaltrading.com a good place to go and purchase props for the church experience.
Part II
Joseph's , son of Jacob, testimony, his journey, his valleys, his stages, and developed his life message.
Developing your life message
Encounter: Place where you met God deeply and were deeply shaped
Focus: A central theme- soapbox issue
Impact: Your place of influence in ministry
Faith: Your message of faith and hope that inspires others
What is your life message?
Four people who can help you
A Counsellor: Working through the past or the present
A Mentor: Sharing with you what God has shared with me
A Coach: Drawing out of you what God has put in you
A Friend: Walking with you through life's journey
God never will let a hurt go unused
liberating ministry from the success syndrome, lets talk about prayerness, holiness, faithfulness, lovingness, honorableness.
try to get some Christian counseling, break the generational strong-holds.

LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE
Andy Stanly
North Point Community Church
Willowcreek.com/Summit/Team
Andy Stanly is speaking at the Willow Creek Summit Team leadership conference.
Pastor Stanly is very vibrant and a great speaker.
the message here is making your visions stick.
- It is good to have non Christians come to church, they are seek truth and they find Christ Jesus of Nazareth through the Holy Spirit.
Visions that stick, however, visions can leak and it does not always stick.
How to make visions stick?
What can i do as a leader to make the vision stick?
Leaders can not turn on the followers, if the follower don't get it or own it then the leaders are not doing their jobs to help the vision to stick.
Leaders are handlers of the vision, they must reach the people with the compelling convictions of the vision.
It must be clear and focused and synergy.
three reason why visions don't stick:
1. success 2. failure and everything in between
1. complexity is the enemy of the vision and the connect.
2. plan and strategy must be able to change and be flexible.
we dont have to change the vision simply because the plan did not work out.
There is a difference between the Vision= what could be and what should or shall be, and life= is what is going on right now.
be careful not to allow the stresses of today to ruin the vision of tomorrow. stay focused. trust God with His vision. the vision doesnt change
three big things to make the vision to stick:
1. Cast it strategically: provides definition, what is our vision? Be careful of the "when". What are the new ways to cast. Be careful of the "how" you cast it. a)Define the problem, what problem does my ministry designed by God, YHWH, to solve. How is our ministry for Christ Jesus of Nazareth impacting the city. b)your vision is a solution to a problem. why must we do this? and why must we do this now? It must be clear and it must grip you and it must be a problem solver.
2. Celebrate it systematically: provides inspiration, it clarifies the win."it puts skin on the vision" Set a side time to celebrate your vision, and it must be strategically and systematically. It must be celebrated when there is success in the vision, because celebration puts skin on the vision. This is so that people can tangibly see the vision and find their role to be clearer for the cause of Christ Jesus of Nazareth. Celebration needs to be placed in your culture. Two ways, every monday allow the staff to tell stories and celebrate and define the vision and victory through the staff's testimonies.
Side note, allow the new believers to give a commercial of their lives as they get baptized before the congregation and it is there that the vision is pointed out.
3. Live it continuously: provides creditability, influence and leadership. a) your willingness to live out the vision gives you the credibility to your staff and congregation. Do the best that you can and know that you will not always get it right. "Realness" will be detected by your leaders and congregation.
b) life can happen and when it does it is very important that you handle it right through the Holy Ghost, God the Holy Spirit. c) Keep your mind on programing. Think steps and not programing. Is this next program leading us to the next step or level in ac
Listen to prayer requests. This will let you know where people stand concerning the vision God, YHVH, has given you. as the leader you must facilitate what the prayers request are to keep their minds focused on the vision and holistically.

OVERVIEW
The class began with prayer and then our professor went on to discuss
You come across clever and have Jesus Christ of Nazareth as your everything.
example: camp meeting, if people are talking about the pastor then they did not know Jesus, or if they talk about Jesus then the Gospel of Jesus Christ is being preached.
Have we introduced the people to Jesus Christ of Nazareth, or have we pointed them to ourselves.
We can no longer be cultural sensitive that we miss the Gospel and getting people to Jesus Christ of Nazareth.
* We have a presentation tonight on the book, Evangelism THROUGH The Arts
The author got saved and used his talents in jazz to evangelize.
The author discussed the life of a musician and the life of those who go to church consistently.
There are times where a musician has to go to parties and shows that is centered in evangelism.
"God is the ultimate Artist. He is the creator of all things."
We watched a mosaic film that showed Grace and Mercy.
We talked about the Laguna Festival, The Festival of the Arts.
Aaron Stewart, introduced his project Dave Ramesy's "Financial Peace University"
